Fitness Classes

Classes are forming now!

Our high energy fitness classes are created for people of all fitness levels. No matter if you are a beginner, or fitness fanatic our trainers will ensure that you will have your fitness needs met. The classes are kept small (Eight people maximum) small group trainingso that you can have the benefit of working out in a group while getting the attention of a personal training session. Since the class sizes are small you will get to know people by name and encourage people who are part of your fitness class.

It’s a fun, safe environment for people who enjoy direction and want to get the most of their workout.

If you are tired of going to the gym, and walking around not knowing what to do this class is for you. If you love going to the gym but are just looking for something fresh to try this is for you. If you would like the individual attention of a personal training class but you cannot afford the expense of a personal training session this is definitely for you.
