Mission Body Possible is now offering small group fitness classes in Manhattan, Illinois. Small Group fitness classes are a great way to stay fit and motivated at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
Our 45 minute sessions are Fast, Fun, and Fabulous! No two workouts are exactly the same! Sessions focus on both strength and cardio.
How many people are in the small group fitness classes?
We have anywhere from six to eight people in our small group fitness classes. This allows the trainer to give each individual attention to correct form while still having enough people for a group class environment.
How are the fitness classes structured?
Our fitness classes are designed after HIIT or (high intensity interval training). What this means is that we use fast paced circuit style workouts where you go from one exercise to the next in the matter of seconds.
Who are small group classes for?
Small group fitness classes are great for people who enjoy training with others for motivation. It is also great for people who would like the attention of a personal trainer but cannot afford it.
How much do the small group classes cost?
Our small group classes are $280 for monthly unlimited sessions OR $20 for each walk in session.
