How much does it cost?

We charge $80 per hour per session if you come to us, and $100 per hour per session if we travel to you (and if it is within our travelling limits.)

No! Every individual has different goals and needs. If you are looking for a private environment that helps accelerate you to your goals personal training might be right for you.
